Roy Dean Jr., 
President of Arid State Enterprises, INC.

Oldest son of Roy Dean, founder of Arid State Enterprises, Roy Jr. stepped into the family business at the age of 18 and has carried on the tradition of structural relocation ever since. Growing up in the Dean family taught Roy more than a few things about integrity and the importance of heritage, and those guiding principles still form the core of Arid State Enterprises to this day. Roy is an analytical thinker and brings to the team a commitment to excellence, attention to detail, and he ensures that every aspect of the project is thought out well in advance; Quality assurance is his strength..

Seth Dean
Roy Jr.'s son, Senior Project Manager

The youngest of Roy Jr.'s three children, Seth (32) grew up in the house moving business. "I still remember my first job. I was in kindergarten, and I thought it was pretty great that I missed a day of school to help my dad and his crew at the Phoenix Historic Center... Turns out I was the only one small enough to crawl down under the building and slide in the blocks." Seth says the best part of his job is showing up everyday to a new project with new challenges- never a dull moment around Arid State Enterprises! Seth brings a knack for project completion to the team, and will make sure that the job is done on time.
